I enjoy the read so much more when I have heard the author talk about the book ahead of reading page 1. Almost as yummy as pate.

barbara: sometimes hearing the author helps, sometimes not.

tin-tin: neither had I.

MOI: the book is a mixed read, some parts are interesting, others not so. It was originally given as a 4 part talk - which I presume would hav ebeen more interesting.
