Now that show my TV station did bring in. Remember watching it on Saturday afternoons…thought it was a little too Star Wars-ish for me. Don’t think I ever saw the end. So are they still on the run?

…u ever watched a Brit sci-fi show called Sapphire and Steel?…

Oh.. it's about a movie?

We're always entitled to our own opinions its just a matter of right or wrong.

Hi Richard,

Never hear of the show before...

Anyways, sometimes opinions are meant to be kept mum to avoid chaos...hee

cavalock: the series ended years ago. It had gone into hiatus and was brought back for one final episode where all the characters were killed off. Actually, one of the best episodes.

I have never seen Sapphire and Steel.

prince romp: Nope, not about a movie. Blake's Seven was about a group of outlaws. The show was pretty painful to watch, but it did produce a large number of very good exchanges.

sassy lady: As mentioned to prince romp, it was not a very good show. It was painful to watch, but it did sometimes have very clever dialogue. The two long running characters were Vila (a thief and coward) and Avon (a computer expert and completely ruthless and self interested - he had no loyalty to anyone but himself)

They r all dead? hah...

anyway, Sapphire and Steel was ok. I like it more cos of the stars, David McCallum (Man from U.N.C.L.E.) and Joanna Lumley (The New Avengers)!

It was a pretty good episode (compared to the regular ones).

Everyone gets gunned down, except Avon, who surrounded by armed Federation troops simply grins his psychotic grin (with the assumption that he gets it too).
