Easy Rider! Wow... I haven't seen that in quite some time. I was laughing out loud as I read your "thoughts" as to it not ending well! Hey, to "ride" the metaphor...if your life is a fun ride, does it really matter how it ends?! Of course, I'm saying this having forgotten how the movie ends! :)

breal: it is a typical nihilistic ending, the protagonists get shot dead by rednecks driving by in a truck, just for the fun of it.
